Tim Echols is Vice-Chair of the Georgia Public Service Commission. He and his colleagues regulate Georgia Power and recently did their first grid-tied 80mw battery array. Echols has had 8 EVs and is a big fan of renewable energy. He has solar on his home and created the Clean Energy Roadshow.
